I had an amazing vegan breakfast during my stay at the Villa. As a vegan, it can sometimes be difficult to find suitable options, but the staff went above and beyond to cater to my dietary needs. The food was delicious and it was clear that they put a lot of effort into preparing a satisfying meal for me. I highly recommend this place for vegans and non-vegans alike.

Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Healthy and delicious breakfast and amazing food selection. Very hospitable, caring staff towards all guests. Location really close to the beach and the sea air as well as Port Alfred.

This hotel is located just behind the beach, giving guests a stunning view of the ocean. The rooms are spacious and come with a large bathroom, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location of A Villa De Mer Guesthouse is absolutely stunning. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The manager was very accommodating and helpful. The room is well-equipped with plenty of facilities, including satellite TV, a private safe, and a writing desk. The guesthouse is conveniently located within walking distance of everything, making it feel like a luxury hotel. Additionally, the Royal Port Alfred Golf Club is just a 5-minute drive away. The breakfast provided was absolutely amazing.

We loved the location of the hotel, being right on the beach but still very private. The staff was amazing, welcoming us with undivided attention, making us feel like we were wanted at the hotel. The room was comfortable, with a balcony that had a beautiful sea view, and a big bathroom with enough space for a shower.

The place was close to the beach which was very convenient. It was great to have Netflix and free WiFi. The food was nice and the staff were attentive and showed us how to use the remote for Netflix.

The parking area was not enclosed which made me a bit uncomfortable leaving my car overnight. the breakfast was basic and the coffee on the first morning was not what was expected.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were very reasonable considering the amazing location just in front of the beach with a good view.
